Indulgent Takeaways and Deliveries For Easter Weekend
Easter 2020 is shaping up to be a whole lot different to other years. But I think we can agree that nothing can stop Singapore locals from getting their fix of chocolate eggs and hot cross buns.
Just because you can’t go out for a special Easter dining experience, there’s still plenty of opportunities to scoff sweets at home this Easter. Thanks to our city’s community of great restaurants and cafés, there’s plenty of takeaway and delivery options to send you into a beautiful chocolate coma.
Feast on colourful Spanish food bundles, fun cocktails, takeaway brownies, dark and chocolatey artisan gelato and more in the comfort of your own home.
If there was any time to channel your inner Bruce Bogtrotter, it’s right now.
Psst, if you’re a chocolate addict 365 days of the year, you’ll probably get a kick out of our post about where to find Singapore’s best desserts.
Easter Takeaway and Delivery Options in Singapore
Panamericana
Panamericana’s Easter brunch may have been cancelled, but there’s some good news in all of this too! The team at this cool Sentosa spot has launched a home delivery service. Dishes include beautiful Lamb Al Asador using premium New Zealand produce, churros to keep the Easter sweets flowing as well as fun cocktail options, wines, bubbles, beer and more.
Deliveries are available Wednesday to Friday within Sentosa and mainland Singapore districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 9. Simply WhatsApp them on +65 8817 0961 to place your order.
UNA at The Alkaff Mansion
UNA isn’t letting these mad times get them down. The Spanish restaurant and wine bar, located inside the majestic Alkaff Mansion, has launched a special takeaway menu available all week long. The options range from elegant appetisers to pasta, pizza and Mediterranean creations that’ll send you to sunny Spanish beaches. UNA has even been considerate enough to put together unique bundles that’ll feed anywhere from 3 to 8 hungry people. With Easter in mind, we’ve also got our eye on the restaurant’s decadent dessert list, which includes dark chocolate tarts, chocolate ripple cake, and churros in a spicy chocolate sauce. Oh my.
Two Bakers
Staying home should never compromise your access to the sweeter things in life. Luckily, our friends at Two Bakers are offering takeaway and delivery options from both their Serangoon and Horne Road cafes. While you are still invited to dine at Two Bakers, they also offer the option to order French and Fusion-inspired pastries online for pick-up or to have delivered straight to your door. If you’re going down the Easter route, we suggest adding the Chocolate Rice Cake or Caramel Dream to your order. Trust us.

SugarTree Gelato
Just a four minute walk from Kovan station on Upper Serangoon Road, SugarTree Gelato is the Two Bakers’ sweet little sister shop. Having only recently opened, SugarTree is quickly becoming the go-to spot for a scoop of artisan gelato. The hand-crafted gelato is available for takeaway – sitting pretty on a waffle cone or in a tub for those necessary late-night indulgences. Using only fresh and locally sourced ingredients, the flavours include raspberry rose, passionfruit and mint and Kyoto matcha. However, their dark chocolate gelato, made with Valrhona (a.k.a. the top chocolatiers in the world), is a clear best seller. Pick up a scoop or tub of chocolatey goodness in time for Easter!

Dolcetto by Basilico
One floor down from Basilico restaurant in Regent Singapore, Dolcetto’s Italian pasticceria is a haven for hardcore sweet tooths. From now until Easter Sunday, Dolcetto’s takeaway menu will feature delectable treats, so you can prepare an Easter egg hunt in the comfort of your own home. Stock up on hand-crafted chocolate eggs, cupcakes, carrot cakes, bombolones and signature hot cross buns. Traditional savoury options like braised lamb shanks are also available, so you can skip cooking duties.
OH and don’t miss out on all the takeaway cocktails available from Dolcetto. Their neighbours at Manhattan Bar (voted one of the world’s best bars) has been bottling up concoctions like Chocolate Negroni which we think would make a very appropriate Easter tipple, indeed.
We also suggest checking out Regent’s full online shop for a delivery of outrageously good party platters to feed a full house, premium liquor and various other desserts.

The Dark Gallery
Come over to the dark (chocolate) side and embark on a trip to The Dark Gallery’s online store for all your sweet needs. The Dark Gallery has two locations in Singapore, but the team are kind enough to deliver high-end chocolate to local doorsteps. Indulge in rich chocolate cakes, an assortment of chocolate pralines, artisanal ice cream in a range of flavours, chocolate pastry platters, ‘stop home’ indulgence bundles and even an option to create your own chocolate bar.

Given you get here early enough, you’ll be treated to a jaw-dropping range of freshly baked goods – but it’s the famous brownies you want to look out for.
